Founded in Kolkata in 1957, Bingsha Shatabdi deals with vernacular children's books and literature and non-fiction English books (including coffee table books). This is the only bookshop in India, which directly imports all sorts of French contemporary books and publishes translations directly from different European languages in English and Bangla.
